AI growth leader and founder of NuroSparx. I put AI into the marketing and operations of US companies doing $5M to $100M a year, and I write about what works, with numbers.

I'm Sandeep Kumar Jha, an AI and growth leader based in India who works with US mid-market companies. I founded NuroSparx, a growth company that builds AI systems for marketing: search and answer engine optimization, AI automation with n8n, Claude and GPT, content engines, and lead generation. I'm also VP of AI and Growth at a growing automotive service company in Florida and Arizona, where the online business grew 3x and revenue went from $26M to $48M.
Before this I spent ten years in growth, product marketing and category roles at Google, Flipkart, Bharti Airtel, Marico and Kraft Heinz, after an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from NIT Jamshedpur. Google showed me how the ad machine works from the inside. Flipkart taught me scale. Sales at Kraft Heinz taught me how a missed target feels on a Monday.

If you run a $5M to $100M company and want AI in your growth engine, write to me. Journalists and podcast hosts who want someone who builds with AI every day, same address. I answer every mail myself, usually within a day.
sandeep@nurosparx.comThe Other Brain, issue 1: what every benchmark on a model launch page actually means. I counted 40 named benchmarks on one launch page this week. I still had to look up a third of them. So I wrote the guide I wanted.
i ran fable 5.1 for a day. three things changed. cost on a subscription: same. cost on the api: cached reads 75% cheaper. the chatbot voice is gone. full writeup with six habits below.
$15,000 for a Mac with 512GB of RAM buys 6 years of a $200 a month Claude Max plan instead. In 6 years the Mac is scrap metal. The subscription gets a smarter model every quarter for the same $200. Local wins only if data legally cannot leave the building, or you already burn 5 to 6 subscriptions worth of tokens a day.
Every AI optimization trick I learned this year has an expiry date. Prompt tricks, model routing, token budgets. Each one lasted about a quarter before the next model made it pointless. The only thing that kept paying was knowing the work well enough to check the output.
mcp explained for people who run companies: it is a plug standard. one plug, every tool. your AI reads the CRM, the calendar and the inbox through the same socket. the part nobody tells you: the plug is only as safe as the permissions behind it.
